REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY


At CWS Inventory, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable service experience to our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to free trial access, plan purchases, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing.

Free Trial Access

  • Users are provided access to the Business Portal during the free trial period for evaluation and testing purposes.
  • The free trial is offered without any charges.

Subscription & Access Policy

  • CWS Inventory does not provide monthly subscription plans.
  • After the free trial period ends, access to the Business Portal will be automatically disabled.
  • To continue using the Business Portal, customers must purchase a valid plan through the platform.
  • Access to services will be activated only after successful payment confirmation.

Payment Policy

  • All payments for plan purchases are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are accurate and valid.
  • Upon successful payment, the purchased plan and corresponding access will be activated as per the selected plan terms.

Payment Failure Policy

  • In case a payment transaction fails but the amount is deducted from the customer’s bank account, the refund process will be governed by the policies of the respective bank and payment gateway provider.
  • Failed transaction amounts are generally refunded automatically to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
  • If the refund is not received within the expected timeframe, customers are advised to contact their bank or payment service provider.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may choose not to continue after the free trial period without any cancellation charges.
  • If a purchased plan expires and is not renewed or repurchased, access to the Business Portal will remain suspended until a new plan is purchased.
  • Purchased plans cannot be cancelled once activated.

Refund Policy

  • Since users are provided with a free trial period to evaluate the platform before purchasing, all payments made for purchased plans are generally non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be provided once a plan has been successfully purchased and activated.
  • Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed only under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of management.
